Lifestyle takes you to the care first website. Information and counselling options give you the same number and an option for a call back. The call back feature is the only benefit I can see from the app. Although I am yet to try it to see if it works. I am unable to see the stress free island option. I assume that is to do with my organisations set up. The only benefit to having the app is the call back feature. Otherwise I'd advise you to go directly to the website to save yourself some time.
I just realised why this app exists! It's so *Care First* can claim to be delivering EAP via a bespoke app, without having to actually do it. I wonder if the rest of their service is based on the same model.
Terrible - Links to other things that could just be provided on one page of their website. Pointless waste of time. App looks incredibly corporate and like trying to be over friendly at same time (ie. Poor formatting paired with patronising mascot)
Pointless app gives you a link to another app and 3 numbers you can find online... Pointless
This app contains a total of five options/buttons: Two take you directly to the play store to make you download further apps, one takes you to the Carefirst Lifestyle website which you need an institutional login for, and the other two give you the same phone number to call to speak to a counsellor. That's it. I don't really see the point of this app, it's basically a directory?
Just 2 links and 2 telephone number.
What a fantastic Idea. I am also unable to download the app. Please assist.
Looking promising, apparently not released until 1st January 2017
Promising but can't exit app
